Building Health Families: Many years ago, our Lutheran ancestors left behind the familiar and came to America seeking religious freedom in a new land. We celebrate that freedom today, even as we recognize the growing challenges to religious liberty. Join us in praying for our leaders this week, both those in government and in our church. Pray that God will strengthen our leaders to speak and act in ways that secure our freedom not just to have faith, but to live out that faith in the public square. Your prayers for the staff and leadership of Lutheran Family Service as they boldly proclaim God’s plan for life, marriage and family are also appreciated.
